If the file doesn't load, or crashes or the 'zip file is corrupt', this means that your downloaded file is not complete.

If there's a "glitch" in the internet that breaks your connection, you may end up with only a portion of the ZIP file.

This is what you should do:

1. Delete the file.
(Corrupt files must be deleted before redownloading. If not, the download will repeat the problem.)

2. Clean out your Temporary Internet files.

The download won't start, what should I do?

If you have a firewall or pop-up blocker running, it can interfere with the download. Disable the firewall and/or allow pop-ups from the site, then try the download again.

Firewalls have to be deactivated or the download won't start.

Very strict security settings in Internet Explorer could also cause problems. This can be checked within Internet Explorer via Tools->Internet Options->Security tab->.
